Limestone Hills
This family of six living in this 1990 home desired what so many modern families living in choppy colonials desire: more functional combined living space so everyone can be together as the evening’s activities occur: homework, cooking, TV, etc. Also included in the scope was bringing the couple’s primary bedroom to the first floor with an addition, to allow for all four children to have their own rooms upstairs, and allowed us to design for aging-in-place functionality and a spacious European wet room layout bathroom. The bathroom is also well planned for aging-in-place and when the time comes in fully ADA ready. We love smart design that is a worthy well thought out investment in our client’s future. As of February 2024, we have begun work on this client’s next project – a finished basement with gym, powder room, kid’s play area, media area and game table. Stay tuned for finished photos of that project!
