Founded by Eric and Rachel Starrett, Starrett Design Build evolved out of the desire to deliver a better renovation experience and end product in the residential construction industry. Licensed, bonded and insured in DE, PA and MD, we believe that the best results occur when all team members involved collaborate from the project’s conception. So we brought the design and build processes under one roof, allowing for more efficiency, quality, and attention to detail.
