Eric holds a BA in Mechanical Engineering from UD and throughout the early 2000s specialized in project management for several well known large commercial operations in the area. From 2011-2015 he worked as a Senior Project Manager for a residential general contractor and property management company out of South Philly.
In 2015, he and his wife Rachel co-founded Starrett Design Build. he lives in Hockessin, DE with his wife Rachel, and their girls India, 12 and Lennon 10.
He loves all things nature, music, podcasts and above all - tacos.
Rachel holds a BS in Advertising and Marketing Communications and an AS in Fashion merchandising from FIT. She spent the early 2000s living in New York and working for several fashion publications, fashion designers and public fashion figures.
Upon moving home to Delaware, getting married and becoming a mom, she freelanced part-time as worked as a stylist and wardrobe coach and did work as a social media manager for local sculptor J. Clayton Bright.
In 2015 she co-founded Starrett Design Build with her husband Eric.
She lives in Hockessin, DE with Eric and her daughters India, 12 and Lennon, 10. She loves thrifting for clothes and interior decor (especially w her girls), " a good artsy film", music, and will happily devour any fashion or interiors publication.
