Founded by husband and wife team Eric and Rachel Starrett, Starrett Design Build (SDB) evolved out of the desire to deliver a better, full-service renovation experience and higher quality end product in the residential construction industry. Licensed, bonded and insured in DE, PA and MD, SDB believes that the best results occur when all team members involved collaborate holistically from the project’s conception. So we brought the design and build processes under one roof, allowing for more efficiency, quality, budget-control, and attention to detail.
